I'm working on using topological data analysis and convolutional autoencoder to extract features from cell dataset for machine learning classification. I also write on Substack, teach yoga at UBC Yoga Club, play Go, and make music. I enjoy connecting and structuring complex concepts, and expressing them in a way that is easy to understand.
